Comments Thread For: Davison: Wilder is Always Dangerous, Fury is The More Versatile Fighter

Fury got incredibly lucky versus wilder in their rematch. I guarantee wilder will be in much better shape and will smoke fury easy peasy.

I'd love to hear how Fury's KO win in the second fight was down to luck and not skill? Was he lucky that Wilder wore a costume that was too heavy?

Ngl, that costume looked heavy af, and it did contribute a bit to the fatigue that Wilder experienced. But you got to admit that fury got lucky with a few counters in the first round or two that got wilder off his game. Wilder just lost his footing and never recovered. In the next fight he’ll land that bomb and smoke fury easy.

Fury knew what i been knowing aboit wilder cant box and the little glimpses weve seen of wilders inside game looks lacking so fury figured hey ima bigger than them let me see if i can bully them on the inside since they dont seem to have an inside fighting game and if they do well i know i can outbox them amd coast to a win . well thats what fury did. Come on now in 19 rds fury has outboxed wilder 14rds. Hell ortiz outboxed wiler 13rds to 3 and the last fight aint win a min of the fight until caught an aging 41 but still good ortiz . fury wilder 3 is going to be dope though i have faith wilder is going to improve at a nice pace to using the jab as weapon and catching fury on the inside with some making this a war. Though aj still beats fury if aj doesnt gas .

Wilder will do a demolition job on Fury.. And everyone will blame Covid for Furys destruction.. He lost focus.. Too much time with the wife and kids.. All of Furys fans will jump back on Wilders wagon and we are right back where we started again.. AJ vs Wilder! Let's Go!!!

And I suppose these shots will land by magic will they? Furys got Wilder figured out, he knows boxing, and all Wilder is is a puncher with no skills. Wilder gets wrecked even quicker this time, blames injury.

That's the trouble, Wilder also thought boxing was about landing a bomb, didn't know how to set up, feint, had no footwork or stamina. Boxing is alot deeper than one big punch. He never landed solid the whole fight. That's called ring IQ. Plus Wilder has no workrate, and never did. He's run is up. He done OK. Onwards and upwards for Fury.

Come on man, rewatch the fight, and tell me that Wilder just had an off night. Once he gets that trilogy setup; fury is going to get slept. It only take ONE TIME. Fury could never do another perfect fight like he just did, it's just not possible man, not possible.

You know what I saw? The same thing James Toney said he saw. Someone who had figured another fighters style out completely. Wilder has been so in love with he's power he never learned to box. He never fought at a pace. He managed to land eventually because he had the range. But the same with Klitschko, Fury took away hes jab and took away Deontays right. It didn't happen by chance. Wilders bad habits caught up. No one ever schooled him correctly. He was throwing right leads from a mile away in round 1.He hadn't go the boxing IQ to handle Furys tactical game. And he's not gonna learn coz he's still blaming Breland and everyone else.
