Katie Taylor is a bum, Delfine Persoon was robbed in NY, U.SA. DAZN had Delfine Persoon winning on the scores, everyone seen this euro-bum get a gift. Amanda Serrano is going to whoop Katie Taylor, and bring back the belts to America.

PPV? No thanks, as much as I'm missing boxing I wouldn't pay for Whyte v Povetkin and as much as I've tried to watch women's boxing I just can't sit through it....

Yeah man, I was into this card until I realized it's PPV. Whyte's not a PPV main event and Povetkin's past his PPV main event status by a few years now.

Be interested to see the numbers this generates. I don't think Whyte is stand alone PPV fighter and Povetkin lost that status after the Klitschko disaster 8 years ago.

It's a decent enough scrap (both considered top 10 and come to fight) but still, not a PPV worthy card in my humble opinion.

Questions are, how much have we missed live action? And are we desperate enough to justify buying this because bars, restaurants and shops have been closed saving us a few bob? Still undecided to be honest, might just YouTube it the morning after.

Maybe the judges had a preference for the fighter who landed the cleaner shots, wasn't totally off balance and whiffing wild air shots half the time.

If the judges had given a narrow decision to Persoon, I don't think there would have been many dis*****g it, because it was a close, messy fight. Yes, Persoon had some big rounds, including the last one when Taylor seemed totally gassed, but scoring it round by round, I had Taylor winning by a couple of rounds. I wouldn't call it a robbery, though I'd say it tells us that Taylor needs to work on her defence -- or at least show more discipline and use her ring IQ -- because Persoon had virtually no boxing skills, just big, strong and with a good engine.

Surprised that you wouldn't have been upset by Persoon's numerous rabbit punches, hitting on the break and headlocks.

I agree, that Shakur fight is a disgrace. Way worse than Warrington. That doesn't make Can a good opponent, but what's his name never fought outside of his back yard in Puerto Rico.

Whytes fight against rivas did 600k and he did good numbers against chisora so it’ll be a success in the UK particularly as the first fight or close to that back expect about 550k because even though povetkin is a bigger name he’s less of a risk at this stage
