Comments Thread For: Jose Ramirez: I Can See Josh Taylor Fight Happening At O2 Arena In London

Jose Ramirez is more than willing to fight another unbeaten junior welterweight champion in his opponent's backyard. Ramirez knocked out Maurice Hooker near Hooker's hometown of Dallas in his last fight. If Ramirez defeats mandatory challenger Viktor Postol in his next bout, the WBC/WBO 140-pound champion would be open to traveling to the United Kingdom for a title unification fight against Scotland's Josh Taylor.

If Ramirez goes over, he better hope he knocks out Taylor, because if he doesn't, O2 Arena is known for home cooked decisions...

Love you my British brothas, but let’s be real... most of the time when a world level Mexican faces a world level Brit, we whoop y’all ass... I expect the same with Jose and josh in a barn burner

Taylor will stop Ramirez. I told anyone who would listen he’d beat Prograis too.

Either it's gonna be a barn burner or an azz whooping, or it's a barn burner and a late rounds whooping for someone. With Taylor's height, length, speed and the cauldron atmosphere awaiting Jose.. Hank's azz will be just fine. Respect to Jose for wanting to travel. I like that. Many champs from across the Atlantic don't want that experience, which is always a shame.
              I'll be there

Tbh, a lot of fans have NO IDEA how EPIC this fight can/will be. This past week it’s the only fight I’ve been thinking about who takes it. Josh Taylor is a badass mofo, but Ramirez is also. I think Ramirez will go thug life on Taylor TBH. This will be an even bigger dog fight than the Prograis or Baranchyk fight. Taylor funna learn the ways of Mexico vs England. Though technically it’s USA vs England

That’s gonna be a helluva fight dare I say PPV level Type fight not so much because it’ll do numbers but because the real ones know that’s the best fight at 40 right now. If that fight gets made and they are both still undefeated, oh boy it’s gonna be a fuggin spectacle! 50.45/50.55 type of fight

Its time to take the joker out of the deck. You wont escape like the last time vs. Regis Pro, Tart-Tomato! The only way that Jose Ramirez looses this unification is if Victor Loughlin gets the call and lets Taylor rabbit-punch Ramirez like Ryan Martin into a dud hollowed victory.

But I'm not sure Josh gets past Apinun Khongsong, so maybe I'm getting ahead of myself. Josh Taylor is a brutal KO waiting to happen.
