What I wanna know is what happens when nature happens and a MMA fighter kicks a boxer in the face. Instinct and reaction are muscle memory at its finest. Mark my words its gonna happen eventually in a crossover bout.

Mma fighters are professionals who compete in other sports throughout t he year such as BJJ tournaments, boxing matches, kick and Thai boxing matches, etc etc. They’ll be fine. It’s an excellent idea by the way and I like it. What’s this mean for Bellator’s deal with the deadzone I wonder?

This happened to my friend a lot when she first started boxing. She used to do kick boxing and in her first exhibition match she was DQ because she kicked her opponent twice. She received a warning after the first one and after the second kick she just turned around and walked to her corner. I was laughing pretty hard. Her opponent did not get hurt.

              Excellent update article.

Count me in, I am all board on this, when the time come to make this plan to fruition. I like the variety and some novel idea.

                  Let Dazn deal with that
But it is a good idea ,especially for the younger fighters

I think the Mairis Breidis vs Krzysztof Glowacki was the first hybrid boxing-mma fight they could use that as an example for crossover bouts.
