    Promoter Eddie Hearn of Matchroom is very eager to bring boxing back with a big ****. Due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, Hearn's company was forced to postpone events all over the world. Most boxing cards were derailed from mid-March to the month of June.

      This sounds like crazy talk but one piece of credit that Hearn deserves is that he knows better than any other promoter how to put on a great presentation for his events. So if it’s actually possible to create a compelling experience from a boxing event with no crowd I think he’d be the one to do it.

            Yeah, so actually had to Google Fyre festival.... The organisers ended up being sued something like $26 million for fraud and they ended up serving pre-packed sandwiches instead of the gourmet delights the attendees had been promised due to a string of organisational **** ups., Just sayin Eddie...

                    There is a documental on the Fyre festival. Very bad analogy used by Eddie.

                    Anyway, like everything, those guys never paid and got out of jail if I recall correctly.
