THE BEST Matchup for PBC Welter revival is Spence vs Figueroa Jr.

Most of us would agree that if Spence were to fight Ugas next it could be detrimental and risky. I have to say that because I would like to see a Figueroa Jr. fight for many reasons and it could be the biggest fight so far that’s not Crawford.

Now, for some reason the Mexican American stable under PBC haven’t had much ideal action to propel their careers... it’s as if it’s been systematic.. What ever happened to the Figueroa Jr. that came to fight against DeMarco. Omar was already somewhat inactive beforehand too. Three story goes that he was drinking... like Spence and hitting up to 185lbs...

Both Omar and Spence are from Texas. THIS was supposed to be a fight destined before 2018 but it never came to be because Omar wasn’t active enough... not sure who to blame.. I’m just thinking Haymon could’ve done more to build the fight and GIVE OMAR fights as well. By the way Omar’s sister got a PHATASS doe!

Now both seem to be in a Berto vs Ortiz rematch as far as war torn. But because Spence will probably still hold a strap, Omar will concede to a significantly lower purse.

The playing field is even in my opinion. This would make a big fight in Texas. Spence was able to handle a Porter assault, but Errol’s wear and tear could be compromised.

Dude Spence has an IBF mandatory against a guy I can’t spell the name. If he wants to kill time for his ‘tune-up’ fight, let him at least fulfill that mandatory obligation before it becomes a major obstacle for his further unification goals.

          Pointless fight

even though they have some history and Omar beat Spence in the Ams , I think Ugas proved that Fig cant hang with any of the top dogs at WW

            Terrible matchup.

Omar needs to get in shape and make 140.

That’s true, he can always fight his mandatory as a tune up. The IBF ones are never that good anyways. So you that to kill time, and not lose your belt before the undisputed fight.

Ummm... Abdukakhorov (or Abduqaxorov depending on what the transliteration rules are this week) is potentially a bit tougher than your average IBF mando, he ain't a Szeremeta type guy who's completely overmatched or at least unproven anyway. Dudes a multi-time Uzbek national am champion and that ain't to be sniffed at. If Spence is even 90% it should be a perfectly winnable fight but if they got any concerns about his wellbeing after the accident I thnk this is one they may want to just postpone a little.
