  • Comments Thread For: Klitschko Willing To Help Usyk Prepare For Clash With Chisora

Former world heavyweight champion Wladimir Klitschko is willing to help Oleksandr Usyk in any way possible for his upcoming clash with Briton Derek Chisora. Usyk, the former undisputed cruiserweight champion, moved up in weight last October when he stopped late replacement Chazz Witherspoon.

What does it tell you about Chisora's level if Usyk hired 43 y.o. to help him prepare? And what does it tell you about Wlad's shape if Usyk hired him to help him prepare?

Usyk will be just fine. If it'll help Wlad to get some exercise in while he helps a friend - then why not - I guess ..... Wlad should help Pulev instead - AJ uppercutted Wlad to high heaven and Wlad never seemed to want anything to do with getting tagged like that again.

Let him show Pulev what he 'would've' done in the rematch against AJ ....If not(?) Wlad should pop in an exercise DVD, stay home, and work out with the wife, Usyk doesnt need to develop any excessive lean-in clincher-grabbing bad habits.

Unless of course, Wlad wants Usyk to develop a way to 'avoid' the constant mammoth clinches (from a big muscular guy) that come after powerful one twos - that still come even after he hits or misses... Wlad might not be convinced theres anything wrong with that redundant tactic though.

Aside from that, Wlad & Usyk have two different styles - completely. Usyk is faaar more entertaining. Wlad may stunt his growth. Vitali would be the better help.....but has far more important things on his plate.

Does Usyk really needs Wlad's help though?? I just want to see how Usyk reacts if Chisora lands a big shot.

Did you bother reading the article? He said he's "willing" to help & he'd do it "free of charge." Did I miss the part where Usyk officially "hired" Wlad? The lack of reading comprehension on this website never ceases to amuse me.

                The Ukrainian Connection.

Klitschkos really paved the way for all the boys from Ukraine and show it was really possible. And a lot of support.

But Wladimir or Vitali are totally unlike Chisora in style?!

Eddie Hearn: "...so then I say to Dan Goossen, isn't that the pot calling the kettle black?"

                  Chisora: WHAAAAAAAAAA!!
