I’m not that clued up in the benefits of each steroid why did fury take this? What benefits And how long term? Is this why he doesn’t have a British license? Fear of being banned?

      Enhances endurance, strength and recovery

Basically gives you big physical advantages

The advantages are fairly long lasting, you will still be getting benefits from it a year or more post cycle

He took it because he's a cheater who wanted unfair physical advantages, note that it was around the time he started juicing that he became a drastically better performer, And he's had long stretches of inactivity which are perfect smokescreens for juicing

I agree, he was clumsy, punching himself in the face, totally featherfisted and became elite after taking captain America serum

you can say what you want about wilder, he really was a mediocre titlist and a fake, but he wasnt a drug cheat.

Sad state of affairs in boxing where he have to choose between the fake and the cheat, well we could choose neither - I suppose most do!

U can look it up, there’s no proven endurance effect from nandrolone. If u increase ur muscle mass without increasing ur cardio u will have less stamina. Strength, size, recovery for sure. The age old story is that it lubricates ur joints and that can help with lifts and masking any joint pain. There’s no real scientific studies to back this up, but I’ll support it as have countless others. But u will still feel any unhealed issues or even new ones once ur off. Nandrolone is just the steroid the ester attached to it is what determines its half life, be it shorter like a phenylpropinate or longer like a decanoate. U can test positive for its metabolites over a year later. That doesn’t mean the drug has been working for a year. Deca has a half life of just under two weeks. It’s not a bunch of water weight and I agree the gains seem to hang on better than with a lot of other drugs. I’m not busting ur balls because it is an effective drug for athletes and one of the longest lasting. But endurance gains and the drug itself being effective a year after ur cycle just isn’t true. Just do the math on it.

Exercise stimulates the body to adapt, and become stronger, faster or gain more endurance etc The body only adapts during its recovery phase, Nandrolone improves recovery.

So if Nandrolone helps recovery, it will improve endurance. You do not build endurance while training, exercise is a stressor to the human body 'A acute stressor which your body then must adapt to by becoming stronger, faster or having more endurance' These adaptations only happen during your recovery phase.

Nandrolone will help a athlete train harder and recover faster/more efficiently 'Nandrolone improves endurance, this is common knowledge'. If a athlete can rack up more quality training sessions, that is endurance.
