  • Comments Thread For: Loma: Haney Hasn't Fought Anybody & Now He's Saying He'll Knock Me Out?

Vasiliy Lomachenko couldn't believe what he was reading. The three-division champion couldn't resist responding on Instagram upon noticing Devin Haney had predicted late last week that he would knock out Lomachenko if they fought. Lomachenko dismissed Haney's level of competition and insisted he would fight the unbeaten 21-year-old lightweight while answering questions as part of an interview with broadcaster Crystina Poncher.

Im not even a Loma diehard but lets be serious, a loss to Salido is better than anything Haney has ever done at this point.

Haneys great at sparring but in the ring he looks very mediocre. I cant see at all why any1 is hyping him but to each their own I guess.

Yeah, ajdbLoma was arrogantly demanding a title shot before he even had a pro fight. What's his point ?

Lomafako wants to question Haney's oppostion but, in all honesty, exactly WHO has Lomafako ever beaten?

If Lomo fights Lopez then Haney he will be on his way towards earning my respect. He was a seriously great amateur fighter and very talented pro fighter but he lacks the volume of pro fights its gonna take to turn my head his way. Hopefully he will clean 135 out and knock off all the top dogs and those 2 fights will make a big statement for an aging fighter.

Are you for real? Linares, Campbell, Rigo, Walters, Sosa, Rocky Martinez, GRJ, Pedraza and a very close and controversial loss to Salido in his second fight tells you nothing about him? Okay then.

Haney needs to fight the likes of Fortuna or shut up already.
