EL DUDE needs to be better prepared. Can't be fumbling and have Ring IQ capitalize on a poor response. Ring IQ is easy work. He's probably related to Citizen KobaComment

Yeah I noticed he RING IQ was leaning heavily to the NSAC suspension as proof. The fact of the matter is there was no way around that suspension being they don’t allow ANY amount of clenbuterol at all. Even a microscopic spec if found will get you suspended and dosnt matter how it got there. It’s there? You get suspended, but I wonder if they changed the rules since WBC and Vada allow small levels of it nowEL DUDE needs to be better prepared. I would imagine they should have done... In essence most of the major SACs- have it written into their protocols that they follow the WADA code. If WADA have said they'll take no further action in Clen cases below threshold (5ng/ml) for Chinese, Mexican and Guatamalan athletes providing contamination is a reasonable possibility per investigation then that's what the SACs should and will follow.Yeah I noticed he RING IQ was leaning heavily to the NSAC suspension as proof. WADA should be updating the rules in 2021, by which time hopefully there will have been progress made on a reliable discriminatory test. Bear in mind they're not 'allowing' sub 5ng/ml levels per se - athletes from other parts of the world or who have had no plausible explanation for how the Clen got there will still be banned for any amount of clen- it's just there's a pragmatic recognition that guilt or innocence of deliberate use is impossible to determine and it's been decided to err on the side of protecting the innocent.

What's curious, of course, is that the Mass. AC actually didn't follow the WADA code in the Saunders case despite it specifically stating in their protocols that they did.
FWIW I'm inclined to think it's entirely likely Saunders deliberately took Oxilofrine, but nontheless according to the AC rules he shouldn't have been penalised for it.Last edited by Citizen Koba; 03-30-2020, 05:34 PM.Comment

I still don't understand your point, Canelo was suspended according to then current rules of the NAC (who were following the WADA protocols), served a suspension and was re-licensed. I don't think there's anything controversial about the bare bones facts of the case is there?
