He and sky will survive but the fighters will have to put the same risk on the line for less money for a period of time ahead .

How any of the major promoters won't survive is beyond me. Top Rank and Golden Boy are loaded with cash, as is Matchroom. He should've said that other promoters may not be able to buy a new boat and a Bentley every year for the next while if they want to keep making scads of cash from putting off fight cards when boxing comes back.

As quite often on here now a days, unfortunately the headline is a click bait.

Read the context and his message comes across very realistic and sincere. In fact listen to the actual interview would be my advice
