Nicely Done Tris the Charlie Rose of Boxing. ? Can go into a lot of directions about the fight game and those that have been part of it, I did a quick run thru That dive in the parking lot was something esp when Berbick was complaining he hit me or whatever he said, then bam perfect body slam also whenever I hear Arum talking about smoking refer it just makes me grin. Good mix in this time of searches of forget myself for a while videos and what not. Thanks Hell we got some of the most interesting people to get envolved in sport in our sport. Boxers trainers promoters and everyone in between we win in the character division.

Thanks for this. Lots to watch. Started with the Duran-Benn sparring session. So much fun to watch the subtleties of master technique, from a fat, nearly 40 yr old Duran.

Excellent combination of all aspects and eras of boxing.

Some great stuff. I especially enjoyed the Toney v McClelland sparring.

I say keep em coming, I sometimes use them to help inspire me to get my wanna be lazy arsch out of the chair and down to my home gym.

That's a great clip. when I first saw it ages ago, it was in two parts.

The funniest was when Green started mocking Toney about eating hamburgers or something, and Toney yelled to someone 'get me my f*^cking gun!'

I also heard once that Toney only sparred exclusively in terms of training. He didn't do any roadwork, bag work, nothin'. Just sparring.

                  Peace

Yeah haha James Toney was one of a kind man one of the last true throwback fighters who fought for legacy and not just the money he got a straight rush just from fighting in general crazy how he went from 160 to 200+ and never got knocked out in his entire professional career and he was in there with some big punchers like Evander Holyfield, Hasim Rahman and Samuel Peter.
