Hes not going to make excuse but he already made one about the eye being the reason William's lost the fight. I ll say it's more of Rosarios fist than Williams eyes. Boxers and excuses goes together like burgers and fries

Willliams is a good fighter with a shaky chin. Charlo dropped him with a jab and it wasn't an off balance drop either. He got up on chicken legs. Punches like rosario will always give him problems because he'd have to be perfect for the entire fight like he was vs Hurd. And that's not easy to do every fight.
