Comments Thread For: FOX's Viewership For Kownacki-Helenius Peaked At 1,681,000

The viewership for FOX's broadcast of Adam Kownacki's first defeat was almost as high as the network's audience for Kownacki's fan-friendly slugfest with Chris Arreola. Figures released Wednesday by Nielsen Media Research showed viewership for Kownacki's fourth-round, technical-knockout defeat to Robert Helenius on Saturday night peaked at 1,681,000. The average audience for their short heavyweight bout, the main event of a tripleheader, was 1,675,000.

Good thing Polish fans could give a **** about losses.

Golota could fight tomorrow and would likely sell out with 2m viewers.

PBC once again destroying the competition. When was the last time a Top Rank event peaked at 1.6 MILLION? When will DAZN release their viewership numbers?

Watching paint dry could get 1.6 mil viewers on fox.

            These are good numbers?

One of my weakness is about viewership. The only thing I can said, all the people, especially Poland fans saw his favorite boxer lost. I hope this help Helenius in visibility in USA. Also I feel for Adam, but as a boxer, he going to comeback.

It's good to see heavyweight boxing on free network television, but you can't expect this fight card to draw a huge viewership.

These PBC numbers have been going UP by average.

That’s good because both fighters are relatively unknown.
