As a Brit, I don't like it, but I understand it.
You'd have to get both fighters and both promotional teams and all the other ones feeding at the trough to agree to keep it in UK and they all accept less. If one if them breaks ranks and says nope - gotta follow the money - then it is a real possibility that Saudi hosts it.
That said, we like a day out so there will be plenty going and it's not all sand dunes and religious zealots - it's a modern country with excellent ability to host an event of this magnitude
