Good match up this one, although Mikey struggles with bigger guys I still pick him in this. Vargas is tough so I think he will make it to the final bell. Mikey by unanimous decision.

Does Mikey stand a chance at 147? I mean I like the guy and all but he's a little fish in a big pond at 147 IMO

Garcia didn’t get any offense going against Spence because he was busy defending from the bombs coming his way. That won’t be the case against Vargas who is relatively pillow fisted. Garcia will get his offense going and being the superior boxer will win this. Plus surviving against Spence shows Garcia is a pretty terrific defensive fighter. In other words Vargas has no chance of getting a KO.

No, hell no. He has no business being at ww, very much like Broner. All his big fights are at 135 or maybe 140. It's a waste of a once hot talent. It saddens and angers me a little. I really liked Mikey once, before he became this deluded guy we see now.
