Comments Thread For: Wilder's Trainer: When Deontay Wins, He Beat Fury at His Best

Jay Deas, the co-trainer of WBC heavyweight champion Deontay Wilder, does not want any excuses when his boxer wins on Saturday night. Wilder will make a defense of his title in a rematch with Tyson Fury at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas.

Don't be silly jay deas, it's not Tyson fury at his best. It might be the best Tyson under the circumstances.
But do you really think Tyson is as good as he could of been if he wasnt out for 3 years in ******* binges, and bloating himself up to 3o stone. It's takes something out of you you won't get back.wasn't
I mean Ali wasn't even himself and he only went to jail. Ali was probably training like a Trojan warrior in jail. Ali knew he was coming back. Fury had retired. Let wilder ballon up to 27 stone abusing himself and then try to fight the best in 2 years?
Fury isn't at his best. He might be just about as good shape he can be right now in time given circumstances, but Fury hasn't reached the potential that was there if he was dedicated. He is like Mike Tyson before him. But might still be too good for wilder

See and that’s what old B.J. and Eddie Turd are missing.

They rolled the dice and came up SNAKE EYES!!!!

The WILDER/FURY fight is exciting because the first one was controversial and hard hitting....

I am one of the few people who was fine with a draw.....

Fury outboxed Wilder BUT he did get 2 HUGE KNOCKDOWNS so run it back.....

      BUT

THIS TIME ONE OH HAS TO GO.....

The 2 top ranked UNDEFEATED CHAMPIONS putting it all on the line BOTH IN THEIR PRIME.....

      THATS WHAT PEOPLE WANT.......

Nobody wants to hear this BS about we can’t make the fight because I’m the A Side...

WE WANT YOU TO SAY I WANT TO BEAT THIS GUY AND SHOW THE WORLD WHO TRULY IS THE BEST!!!

      This should be AMAZING....

I predict Wilder by KO in the 7th but it truly can go either way.....

In the end we will have the BEST UNDEFEATED CHAMPION of the WORLD....

And Turd and B.J. will still be known as the Clowns who came to the US and got MOLLYWHOPPED!!!

If you think Fury is in his prime after a 3 year ******* binge you either have an agenda or don't understand how the human body works.

Everyone has been telling me Wilder-Fury are in their prime. Does Tyson still need three more tune-ups? Tyson did pretty good the first time, if you ask me -- but I'm no 'Expert'.

            "Everyone" doesn't include me

This is the best Fury we can get now, and that "best Fury" struggled with Otto Wallin and looked pretty bad against Pianeta.

Fury hasn't beaten a top 40 opponent in his comeback

So again, it's the "best Fury" we can get now, but he is certainly not in his prime anymore.

I think thats fair enough. Fury might have been out for a while with the weight gain etc but at this point hes been back long enough to get into shape and shake off the ring rust, and hes still only 31.

On the other hand though, if Wilder gets sparked out either by Fury or someone else in the next year or two I fully expect the "he was out of his prime" excuse to be made. Hes at an age now where that can absolutely be used to downplay any losses he faces. We'll be hearing how the version of Wilder that killed Audley Harrison would have beaten everyone.

Wilder at 34 may well be entering the twilight of his prime but his body is in a lot better condition than 31 year old Fury as he's not had a 3 year obesity ******* binge

                    At his best I dunno,

FACT : Tyson has not beaten anyone decent since 2015

His best win in 5 years is Otto Wallin.

That being said, it would still be a good win and Wilder's best win.

Fury proved himself still being a solid fighter by going 12 with WIlder and arguably beating him.
