Comments Thread For: Fury: When Bullies Like Wilder Get Bullied, They Fold Every Single Time!

LAS VEGAS Deontay Wilder still doesn't believe Tyson Fury will take a more aggressive approach to their rematch. Wilder suspects Fury fully understands that inviting a firefight is entirely too risky against one of the most punishing punches the sport has ever seen. Fury promised yet again during a press conference Wednesday, though, that he'll go after the hard-hitting Wilder when they square off again Saturday night at MGM Grand Garden Arena.

I saw footage of Furys training and its as tough and grueling as Wilders, so I see no reason why Fury wouldnt be serious enough to attempt the smothering tactics. Like a fit Lennox - a fit Fury is BIG, heavy and skillful, and he does throw a perfect jab with the overhand right (among other good combinations) that is dead accurate. Of course Fury can mix up the strategy with boxing if he needs to.....but the smothering strategy doesnt seem far fetched...

I wasn't gonna buy the ppv cause of the price but I'll buy it like the last one. Should be as good or better than the first fight.

This is the best of the best. All roads lead here. Joshua or Whyte or who ever has to come for this, not the other way around.

This speaks volumes. The last fight Wilder's mobility and upper body movement was severely decreased in the second half. He was gassed. Davidson in the corner of course implored Fury to play it safe. Probably smart. But what I saw is Fury was able to land thudding blows throughout the fight and then played it safe once he won the round. Wilder was very vulnerable to get battered. It reminds me of Broner. Just standing straight up, chin clinched, eating shots trying to make a play. Another important note, as ugly as Fury's last performance was he really showed how scrappy and effective he is in an inside dog fight. Wilder physically can't fight an inside fight just as Joshua can't fight that way against Ruiz. Atlas said a novel and simple quote from Cus in Rogans podcast.. "tough is good. If you're a fighter you got to be tough. But what level?" The tougher fighter that is developed and smart beats the tougher guy who relies on his toughness. Sounds simple and a throw away line, but it's not. Wilder relies on his toughness and will reluctantly eat your shots until he can land a big shot. Like Buster against Mike Tyson, Fury will bully the bully and take him to deep waters before the midpoint of the fight.

Fury looks huge. I hope he didn't trade mobility for power.

Anyway I agree on one thing: when F attacked W after the kd, W was in trouble. Perhaps he's not used being attacked. Of course W was stunned that F could stand up, but that can't be the only explanation.

Fury looks like crap until he gets pushed. Walin got to him while he farted around and even when Fury got aggressive it looked goofy. It was war with Wilder, that was a dog fight. Wilder made him fight, and he did.

This sick freak claiming other fighters lie when he's a pathological liar shows how detached he is from reality. It's all projection like you see from Americans on here. They have zero self-awareness so don't feel there's a problem.

I would love to see him maimed. Justice needs to be brought to these demonic sub-humans. They are of the devil. F3cking creepy people.
