Comments Thread For: Warren: Knockdowns Give Fury Psychological Edge Over Wilder

Frank Warren, promoter for heavyweight contender Tyson Fury, believes the two knockdowns in the first meeting with Deontay Wilder will give his boxer the psychological edge in their rematch. The first contest, which took place in December 2018, ended in a controversial twelve round split draw.

Warren is just pulling for Fury. Using the fact that Fury got up as a phsycological edge, overlooks the fact he got knocked down, hard. Wilder knows he can hurt Fury, no phychology needed.

And Fury has no idea about this psychological edge. All he remembers was getting dropped hard twice. So hard, it made him take a 1 year break off of fighting top heavyweights and go to WWE to have a fake fight.

Fury didn’t even prepare himself between the first fight and now. Fought two unknowns, got cut up in one of them, and had a WWE match. He’s not taking Wilder very seriously and that’s what’s gonna lead him to get seriously hurt and lose by TKO.

He can’t be talking about Fury lol. Fury is the one who will get in the ring not Warren. I guess Warren is more than just Fury’s manager, he is also Wilder’s psychiatrist.

Wilder hit Fury with his best shot and knocked him down hard, Fury then got up and proceeded to dominate Wilder for the rest of the round, that's gotta hurt.

Promoter sounds desperate to me , boxing is about punching after all , and wilder punches ****ing hard .. if fury can still still dance he wins on pts, quite simple to work out really ..
