A loss doesn’t mean sht, it’s what you’ve accomplished. A loss is just a missed opportunity. Rigondeaux never did much of anything anyway (as a pro), obviously an excellent fighter, had a cool fight with Donaire.

A loss is a loss. They don't matter. What matters is how you lose and how you respond.
Rigo saw he was outclassed, quit, faked an injury, then went into witness protection for over a year. And I'm a fan of Rigo.

I actually picked Rigondeaux to win that fight even though I’m a Lomachenko fan.
I think Rigondeaux’s legacy is affected a little, but Lomachenko was so much bigger than him I don’t think it’s that much

Untrue.
No one says Fernando Vargas is an ATG. All he did was lose to all the best boxers at the time.
Winning matters. Losing isn't the end but you can't lose to every great boxer you face either.

He literally lost all of his clout as this a avoided boogeyman of the lower weight classes with that loss and how it happened

It doesn't even Lomachenko does not take credit over that win saying Rigo was too small but the company made him fight him so
