Comments Thread For: Bob Arum: It's A Matter Of Time Till Crawford-Spence Fight

LOS ANGELES - Top Rank boss Bob Arum maintains the notion that it's a matter of when, not if, in regard to a super fight between Terence Crawford and Errol Spence Jr. being staged. Arum points to his repaired relationship with PBC head Al Haymon as a reason for the fight to finally happen, and the fact that they're currently working as cohorts as part of a massive ESPN and Fox co-promotion for the rematch between Deontay Wilder and Tyson Fury.

Ah, so it's CRAWFORD who wants to fight McGregor. Not Arum. Glad that's cleared up.

"Al told me last year..." Even though he didn't know if he existed, even though he went on a racist rant, he knew all along, that Al was working with him to make Spence vs. Crawford in 2020! SALUTE to Al Haymon!

... everything is a "Matter Of Time" until it becomes irrelevant an futile...

(I'm glad that, because of the country I live in, I don't have to pay for this kind of shit...)

It'll happen, but probably not this year. Depends on who Spence fights in his "comeback".

I don't think Spence can stay at 147 much longer, he's just too big and getting older...... with the crash as well I worry about his conditioning and that 147 might start depleting him next fight or 3.

I thought the same about Brook years ago, said this about Spence 2 years ago on here...... he's boiling down to 147 for power/size advantage but that goes away near 30 years old..... trust me.

Crawford not going to fight Porter because of lame excuses. Expect to see Crawford fight a no name 147 fight or Patrick Teixeira at 154.
