    It's often the little things that mean the most. So when Vito Mielnicki Jr. accepted an interview after a sparring session on New Year's Eve, he didn't see it as a big deal. It's just part of the job. But it is a big deal, because you have to imagine that practically every other 17-year-old in the universe was planning to party that night, not throw hands in the gym.

      This kid is Italian and polish....I thought the Hearn KKKlan on here said PBC was only for “black” fighters?

        The kid is gifted but it’s way to early to know where he ends up at. I wish him the best.

          I wish him the best. Even if boxing doesn't turn out to be the path he pursues, the qualities he exhibits will help him elsewhere in life (i.e., business, relationships, etc.). Go get em, Vito.

            Talented kid and seems to have his head screwed on right with proper training and moved along at the right pace he could go places in time so long as Haymon doesn't feed him to the wolves too soon.
