She is quite right that Shields does not really sit down on her punches and as such cannot be considered a power puncher. Shields has an incredible engine, skills and toughness though, and she systematically beats opponents down.

Shields obviously doesn't hit hard that's plain for anyone to see.... Even though she isn't a big puncher she still has enough power to do some damage through accumulation.
