Not surprised, the man from the Lollypop Guild had no chance.

Stop the side shows and allow Jaron to fight primes in his weight class. Give him the opportunity to be great based upon accomplishment. Unfortunately, in this day and age, I suspect he'll be given the Spence/ Crawford treatment, just good enough to be avoided.
