I don't see Arum initiating anything despite Loma saying live on ESPN that he wants to organize a fight with Davis. Why isn't Arum executing Loma's wishes? We've heard nothing so far.

Is Davis supposed to send Loma an offer?

Last time Floyd mentioned making a fight with Lomachenko it made Davis start crying about it.

Yeah, they can try. I personally wouldn't pay for it. Many others will. Davis-Lomachenko, even as a single fight, I'd pay per view.

The boxing climate is now different. Davis vs any good boxer at 130 or 135 (promoted well) would pack Atlanta or Davis' hometown. People come to see Gervonta, not the other guy, despite the nationality of the opponent. They should move slowly and not be greedy.

Gervonta doesn't need to coattail on any nationality.

live gates and ppv sales are two different things. its a lot easier to fool people on the ground. look boxing! look he knows floyd! people with access to the internet can be like wait who is this guy who has fought nothin but bums hmmm i dont think i will tune in

What a sh it fight for a PPV. Funny now remembering someone recently saying Davis didn't need a Mexican to draw numbers. I guess that didn't last very long. This fight will do sh it numbers but any numbers it does will be thanks to the Mexicans. lol.
