Comments Thread For: Zerafa Wants Jeff Horn Trilogy, Not Happy With Ninth Round

Michael Zerafa is demanding to get a trilogy fight with Jeff Horn in 2020. Zerafa stopped Horn in nine rounds back in August, in what was Horn's debut at the middleweight limit of 160-pounds. Horn, a former WBO welterweight champion, exercised an immediate rematch clause and forced Zerafa to take a second fight.

Let them do a 3rd fight. Make Horn a significant name again so that we can hear Horn bragging and smiling again

A-Side Hornet has already spoken on it before the fight.

There was a clear and distinct break in the action when the ref stopped the fighting to assess the cut. Zerafa needs to take the L like a man and move on. Horn is smiling again!

They were just conditioning their minds in case they lose. If they lose, they’d be down 0-2 so there’d be no trilogy with that.

A trilogy fight would make the most sense if you were Horn and you want to stay significant and still be considered a ‘top-level’ fighter, at least in some eyes.

Not unless Zerafa will/can make 154. At 160 it makes zero sense for Horn. And at 154 I say Zerafa goes out on his back inside of 6 rounds.
