ATLANTA Ahmed Elbiali basically beat up faded veteran Bryan Vera for five-plus rounds Saturday to record a technical knockout on the Gervonta Davis-Yuriorkis Gamboa undercard at State Farm Arena. Elbiali knocked down Vera once apiece in the second and sixth rounds. Their scheduled 10-round light heavyweight fight was stopped at 1:15 of the sixth round.
