The Russian Boxing Federation will offer Sergey Kovalev the opportunity to fight in Russia next year, according to statements made to Tass by the Secretary General of the RBF, Umar Kremlev. Last month, Kovalev lost his WBO light heavyweight title when he was knocked out in the eleventh round in Las Vegas. Canelo had moved up by two weight divisions to challenge Kovalev for his title.
