JA should be less stiff for this fight but at the same time I wonder If the weight loss will have even more of a negative affect on his punch resistance/power and If he truly has the ability to stay on the outside for 12rds without gettin clipped

Holy mackerel , in the first pic he looks terrible. I think he has over trained, lost too much weight, muscle ( now I question if he was juicing )and now I wonder how a smaller Aj will be able to handle Ruiz power when a bigger Aj couldn't .

He was probably heavy on those protein powder shakes..... I've had gym friends that use it and whenever they stop they slim down quite drastically in short space of time.

It's a valid question if his punch resistance will be affected though, does bulking up make you take a better punch?
