I like the gif. It's exactly how I see the fight going. Swing and trade is AJs code for jab and run. Unless Ruiz catches him early I see this becoming a boring jabfest. Let's hope Ruiz is true in his belief about no fluke and comes in confident and aggressive from the get go.

I just seen a recent video of A.J training on Youtube, Joshua was out-running cruiserweight contender Andrew Tabiti. I hope those were only sprints, not long distance ; otherwise Anthony is going in to spoil the rematch.

it’s something fishy about this fight. I guess anything involving Hearn is fishy but hopefully this fight can go on without any controversy like Dillian Whyte PEDs and dirty gloves

I DO think Ruiz is great in this era especially. His ko win over AJ on short notice is more impressive than anything any current hw has done. (Prove me wrong by naming 1 hws win, if you disagree) Before Ruiz AJ was considered the consensus best hw & countless said "he was too skilled for windmill Wilder".

He should also imho be undefeated as I've said since he faced Parker. Ruiz has the current best amateur pedigree as any current hw champ/ex champs,he studies mike tysons fights(thats great,I became a fan because of that alone;& that he spars w Holyfield/Tyson & LITERALLY said he was planning on fighting like Tyson before aj 1 fight) & its no coincidence vs AJ he didn't fight timidly like he did vs parker when he was still green at hw, he fought just like Tyson would've fought AJ & just as Tyson would've he kod him by smothering him with the fastest inside hands at hw currently.

1 win doesn't make you great bro. You need a body of work. Was Hasim Rahman "great" off just his Lewis win? Was Buster Douglas "great just off his Tyson win? What about Oliver McCall?

He's gonna have to put in a lot more work to be considered great. Nobody at heavyweight is there yet.
