Comments Thread For: Jose Ramirez: If Prograis Doesn't Get KO - Taylor Will Outbox Him

One of the characters most interested in seeing what will happen this Saturday is WBC, WBO junior welterweight champion Jose Ramirez. Ramirez will be watching when Regis Prograis and Josh Taylor collide in an IBF, WBA lightweight unification at the O2 Arena in London. The contest is the final bout of the World Boxing Super Series junior welterweight tournament.

The old home town decision. I'm giving Taylor the standard 2 points at the start, London is just south Scotland.

Ramirez is spot on. The only way forn Prograis to win is by KO...

This is how I see the fight. I can't see how Prograis wins apart from by stoppage.

Ramirez and Arum stalled Prograis out on getting his mandatory title shot.

Then Arum deliberately kept Ramirez out of the WBSS tournament.

He's no kingpin. The winner of tonight's fight is the best at 140 lbs as far as I'm concerned.

Agreed. Ramirez is tough and takes a hell of a shot but that can be his downfall. He is easy to hit. I see Regis beating both Taylor and Ramirez.

Ramirez: "In the mean time I'll hide under Arum's skirt".

Ramirez is the 4th best jr WW behind Prograis, Taylor, and Matias.
