It's a very good match-up. Rodriguez lost against Inoue. But he definitely belongs to world championship level. And if Nery wants show that he's that best bantamweight in the world, he should beat Rodriguez like Inoue did. I'm looking forward to this fight.

But yet its still a good fight & on paper nerys hardest match up since yamanaka. Rodriguez is very tough, hard hitting, skilled dude thats coming off of a defeat to a p4p level fighter/maybe future great. Not sure how thats a thumbs down

I don't know who's advising Emmanuel Rodriguez, but this is a terrible fight for a fighter coming off a KO loss, especially since it's the first defeat of his professional career.

Emmanuel, your trainer said against Naoya, you didn't take a lot of punches, that you mainly just went down. He left out the part about what made you go down- taking punches. Also, why you call out Luis Nery? That's like poking a sleeping bear with a stick

Maybe Nery will fight Donaire after Inoue knocks him out, too.
