Golovkin, Derevyanchenko Official Scorecards - For the vacant IBF, IBO middleweight titles, Gennadiy Golovkin (40-1-1, 35 KOs) was tested tough and some felt he was on his way to a loss, but he pulled out a close twelve round unanimous decision over Sergiy Derevyanchenko (13-2, 10 KOs). The scores were 114-113, 115-112, 115-112. (photo by Mike "Copp" Coppinger)

      Alrighty so.. judges agreed on:
      1 - G
      5 - SD
      7 - G
      12 - G

I'm surprised they didn't agree on 2nd round (2/3 gave to G). Anyway, that's 3 clear rounds to G + KD and 1 for Sergey. Great fight overall, with hotly disputed result. Let's see a rematch!

Yellow judge scored it 10-9 GGG in round 10? That was SD most dominating round.

I thought SD won just by a small margin. At least we did not get ridiculous score cards like we regularly get.

the blue judge scored that fight the closest... scored rounds 3 AND 4, for Golovkin... and both of the other judges scored those rounds for Derevyanchenko

Sergiy fought G like Porter fought Spence. Good ass fight. G was landing the harder shots but Sergiy just wouldn't stop coming.

G can't keep that type of pace up anymore. Definitely looked 37. Both of Sergiys eyes were nearly closed.

Banks doesn't appear to be a good fit for G. He wasn't telling him anything worth a damn in the corner. G should just let his brother train him he was the only one getting in his ass. Too bad they didn't have a translator

Derevyanchenko was robbed. He actually beat GGG.
