          The pictures are in NYC correct?

          Then...R-W-B is bunting of the colors of the flag.
          It's improper here. Blue (sky) needs to be the top color.
          Note: US Postal Trucks ALSO have this wrong..don't ask me how!
          Red represents the blood shed. White (cloud white) purity. Blue is the sky.
