  • Comments Thread For: Fury: I'd Beat Andy Ruiz With One Hand, I'll End Wilder in Four

Top heavyweight Tyson Fury is confident that he'll be able to handle Andy Ruiz in easy fashion. Ruiz will defend his IBF, IBO, WBA, WBO world titles against Anthony Joshua in a rematch on December 7th in Saudi Arabia. The first time around, in June, Ruiz stopped Joshua in the seventh round.

In other words he'd get on his bike against Ruiz until the shorter fatter guy gasses, then jump on him like a tramp on chips? Probably what Joshua should have done in the 1st fight, and what he'll try in the rematch.
As for stopping Wilder in 4... I'll believe it when I see it. He makes similar claims before every fight, the only time it's actually happened in recent memory is against Schwarz.
Fury is probably the best technical boxer among the elite HW's, not a KO artist; no point in pretending to be something he isn't. Anyone who isn't a Wilderette knows Fury should have officially won the 1st fight and would be the winner of any fight between the 2 that went the distance.

I been telling everyone that fury is fighting not real heavyweight because Wilder rattled his senses, and this extra break with pillows is him trying to get his mind back on track from that nightmare. It’s asinine that he can get away with fighting a top heavyweight then move on to fighters not even the most hardcore boxing fans are familiar with.
