Comments Thread For: Fury: I Won't Watch Ruiz-Joshua, I'd Beat Usyk With One Hand

Tyson Fury is less than a week away from making his second Las Vegas appearance in 2019. Fury will face undefeated prospect Otto Wallin at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas. Should Fury win, he would then look forward to a planned rematch with WBC champion Deontay Wilder in February 2020.

I used to find Fury sort of amusing however his ridiculousness is now just boring.

Obviously Fury isn't subject to random VADA testing?

He will probably lose his mind and body again after his fight with Wilder.
He sounds disinterested with boxing unless he's just talking chit as usual.

Looks like they caught Fury on a day where he'd forgotten his meds. The guy chats sheite most of the time; sometimes it's funny, sometimes he's simply on a cynical auto-transmit rant. Fantastic boxer though - probably the most technically able of the top HW's, though a lot of his fights aren't too entertaining.

The most entertaining fighter in division. Great skills, great trash talker. I really enjoy watching him and reading his comments.

What a ****** comment - 'I'd beat Usyk with one hand!'. Okay Tyson, make the fight and tie one hand behind your back. Lets see how you get on.

That's funny, because more and more people are saying that. In reality, for those who followed him years ago (before the 'suicidal retirement') they got sick of him ages ago.

Literally the same old stuff - he plays the role of the saint quite well, but 2 seconds later he'll speak with such disgusting vulgarity, slagging off fighters, calling people names etc. I genuinely think he has ADHD and the personality clash between him and the cool, calm and disciplined Peter Fury caused the riff between the two, now we have Tyson in all his glory...in his natural state.

No filter on his language, egomaniacal from what I can tell, repeating the same old stuff "He's a bum. He's a dosser. I'd beat him with one hand. If he can't win, he should retire. I only fight who my promoters tell me to fight." etc. etc.

No hate on the man, he is very successful but I'm being honest. I wish him the best as I do for any person.

Anyway, I like Usyk but Tyson is kind of right - I don't think he'd have too much trouble with the smaller man - ESPECIALLY with certain refs who don't seem to think that silly things like 'rules' need to be followed - endless clinching and holding is what you can expect.

Another note, I don't dig his new coach - the young pup. Roach got criticised for calling him out for the glorified conditioning and mental health coach that he is for Tyson, but he is waaaaaay too inexperienced. If Tyson had Peter in his corner or just listened to Roach, I don't doubt he would have stopped Wilder.

I'm not calling Ben ****** but he ain't no child prodigy/genius, and there's only so much knowledge you can have in your head at 25 years old. Hell, every year you gain more knowledge and wisdom if you know how to self-reflect, and this goes on day by day until the day you die. Every year that goes by I think that myself from a year ago is quite naive compared to where I am at now

get real, Fury. None of you dudes are fighting each other.
All these "fighters" do is arrange fights with nobodies to build fake plastic meaningless records.

He is back on his "f.uck everone" cycle. He needs help, his bipolarism hasn't gone away. Being punched in the head isnt good.for him
