Jono Carroll returned to the ring following a clear but competitive loss to slick southpaw Tevin Farmer earlier this year hoping to get back to his winning ways. On Saturday, the 130-pound Carroll (17-1-1, 3 KOs) was met by Eleazar Valenzuela (20-12-4-1, 16 KOs), a fighter who never had fought outside of Mexico, but still rose to the occasion of a name opponent.

Very good scrap. Carrol dug deep n swept the last 4 rounds. Really slowed down venazuela with his bodywork.
