I am uncertain about Kovalev's mindset going into this. Yarde is a mess. Not a good boxer at all. But, he's ambitious and seems to believe in himself. If Kovalev isn't focused, he's going to be vulnerable. I picked Kov by wide decision but it wouldn't surprise me if he falls apart because the guy has personal baggage.Comment

The closer this fight gets...the more I think Yarde only has the proverbial 'puncher's chance'...I can't imagine he does anything better than Alvarez...who is probably a much better boxer and may punch as hard and is probably as athletic (boxing wise)...unless Kov doesn't show up I can only see Yarde getting outclassed pretty badly...Yarde could land a big shot but unless he really hurts Kov with it then he has 0 chance imo.Comment

100% real footage of Yarde breaking out of 1,000 lb. chains.
I mean, if they can't hold this man down with giant padlocks and chains, what good is Kovalev's clinching gonna do?
I expect him to knock the Russian out of the ring with the first punch he lands. Anything less is a disappointment.Comment
