By that statement you could say neither one of those three have a top guy. But Ramirez definitely has the edge.

I think Vergil will be one of the top p4p boxers one day but he is not there yet. He is definitely with the right promoter. Golden Boy has had most of the recent successful PPV stars (Not including what Top Rank did for Manny)
