Frampton's not been the same since his reversal with Leo Santa Cruz. Fought brilliantly in the 1st fight, looked a shadow in the 2nd and hasn't rediscovered form since. IBO or WBA "regular" may be the only "world" titles he's able to win at this point in his career.
