They wrote him up for every little thing after the cat got loose. Cats are always hungry and birds throw the water out. They didn't find a ****** cage, or fighting ****s. I'm not saying he isn't wrong, but there weren't any sick, or dead animals. They didn't drag him off to jail. Lighten up.
