Comments Thread For: Anthony Joshua: I Would Beat Andy Ruiz Nine Out of Ten Times!

Anthony Joshua feels confident that he will beat Andy Ruiz in their anticipated rematch. This past June, at Madison Square Garden in New York City, Joshua was dropped four times by Ruiz, before the contest was stopped in the seventh round. Ruiz captured the WBO, IBF, IBO, WBA world heavyweight titles.

Joshua is taking this loss hard and he is now sounding delirious and showing how much it has affected him.

Ruiz is going to retire him in the next fight, Joshua only has a punchers chance at best.

Even Ruiz knows this. He called himself a "cherry pick gone wrong" himself on twitter.

Over 2 months and you still can't get over the fact Joshua got pieced up.

Andy ain't about to test that theory unless it's in his own living room.

Replies like yours are so lame. Ruiz got lucky and Joshua didn't recover. If Joshua took his time instead of diving in to try and finish Ruiz we wouldn't be talking about this now. That loss will only make Joshua better, learn from his mistakes.

                  That's still 9 out of 10.

I’d be fine with that. Ruiz got no say in the first fight. AJs team wanted to come to msg for their chance to expand their brand. Id like to think Ruiz should get sum sort of guaranteed stroke in the rematch by winning the belts. I know that’s not how it works. Still even if that was the case, AJ could still get it all his way, just costs money.
