  • Comments Thread For: Otto Wallin: Fury Is No. 1 Right Now In The Heavyweight Division

Tyson Fury might not own one of boxing's recognized heavyweight titles, but Otto Wallin still considers the unbeaten Brit the sport's best fighter in their division. Sweden's Wallin, who will face the undefeated Fury next month, feels Fury's draw with Deontay Wilder should've resulted in a victory for the man touted as the lineal heavyweight champion.

Where are Tyson's belts? Did Gypsy-Bum pawn them for a line of cokes?

        He could be I guess.

Tyson's a curious man. He talks about John L. He clearly knows John L had a belt, a physical one, and was champion in a time when no sanctioning bodies existed to make belts.

Still, we see Tyson without a belt and only champion in words or principle.

Dude, comission a belt, or, if you're really lineal, then have your fans make and present you one in a public space Like Sullivan's was, dumbass.

He is in the eyes of many, except the closet racists on here. They can't stand that he made Wilder look horrible and took his best shot and got back up. He will get his belt next year. Fury wasn't even back at his best yet and he schooled that clown.

If Fury was number one he wouldn’t be fighting this bum.

I can’t for the life of me understand why top rank puts fury on the ESPN+ app of the goal was to make him more popular to American sports fans. It’s clear they didn’t buy into his fight last time based on ticket sales. The only thing I can think of is it’s far cheaper for ESPN to put top rank fights on their app rather than airwaves where they could get more views from other mainstream American sports. I think fury should go back to fighting for much bigger crowds back in our home of GM and stick with Old Trafford and have ESPN put the fight on either regular ESPN or espn2. I just don’t see any marketability by only having him fight on an app.

Let's not pretend that Fury isn't the true WBC champion.
