Manny Pacquiao had weak competition on his road to becoming a multi-division champion

Chatchai Sasakul, ended his career 3-3 against champions (Flyweight)

Lehlo Ledwaba, won a vacant belt against a non-champion. Never beat a champion in his career (Super Bantamweight)

David Diaz who got schooled by Kendall Holt. Beat a washed up Érik Morales, never beat another champion after that (Lightweight)

Antonio Margarito WITHOUT the hand wraps. Had six losses and no belt, they were fighting for a vacant one (Super Welterweight)

The only divisions he gets credit for conquering is when he beat Marquez to win his first belt at Super Featherweight and when he beat Miguel Cotto to win his first belt at Welterweight. Manny never won a belt at 140 or 126 so he’s not actually an eight division champion, he’s really a six division champion with wins against weak opponents in four of those divisions.

Now let’s compare Floyd’s competition on his quest to becoming a multi-division champion

Genero Hernández, two time champion with 11 title defenses. Only loss was to Oscar De La Hoya. Was considered #1 in his division before Floyd beat him (Super Featherweight)
Hernández > Marquez at Super Featherweight

Jose Luis Castillo, two time champion with 5 title defenses. Considered #1 in his division (Lightweight)
    Castillo > Díaz

Arturo Gatti, two division champion. (Super Lightweight) [This is the division Pacquiao never won a belt in]

Zab Judah, multiple time former world champion in two divisions and was undisputed champion (Welterweight)
    Judah > Cotto at Welterweight

Oscar De La Hoya, six division champion and still champion at this time coming off of a big win against Ricardo Mayorga (Super Welterweight)
    De La Hoya > Margarito

And yes Judah was better than Cotto at welterweight even though he lost to Cotto after already losing all of his belts to Mayweather.

Judah was a two time welterweight champion with 6 title defenses, he was also undisputed at welterweight.

Cotto was two time welterweight champion with 5 title defenses, never unified the belts and was never undisputed.

Judah was better than Cotto even though he lost to Cotto?????? Judah wasn't an old man when he lost to Cotto, You have gone to a lot of trouble to trash Pac after his good win. Did you bet on Thurman and lose or are you just a Pac hater? Judah got KOed in two rounds and he didn't beat all these guys to unify welterweight, You are making him better than he ever was.

anyone who questions Pacquiao's legacy should go to their nearest hospital and request a brain scan

Judah was only 30 when Cotto KOed him. Judah didn't unify sht. He beat lousy Corry Spinks who was already the unified champ. Then lost his belts to lousy Baldimor. He was NOT better than Cotto who knocked him out.
