Wouldn't surprise me if he signed with Al Haymon as his manager. Wouldn't be such a bad thing... Would force Oscar and Al Haymon to work together... Maybe that would open up doors for more fights like Canelo-Charlo,....

Even if he wanted to which I doubt he does I don't think he can. After the split with Schaefer and Haymon there was a report that all new Golden boy contracts have a clause in them to restrict them from signing with haymon. As a safeguard to what happened in the past which is why you haven't seen a single fighter under contract with Golden boy sign with haymon.

Garcia could of signed with haymon a couple years ago he chose to sign with Golden boy instead of Haymon after a bidding war. Him not fight was because he was beefing with him manager not Golden Boy. Why would he have beef with Golden boy he is already more known and paid then any of the other top prospects.

Garcia is NOT signing with Haymon LOL.. not a chance

Garcia will likely sign the Reynoso’s as his manager.. similar to the arrangement that Canelo has with the Reynoso’s.. the son is his trainer & the Father is his manager.

Ever since Garcia started training with the Reynosos he all of a sudden thinks he’s unbeatable. Come on dude you don’t have two fights with a new trainer and expect to magically transform into an unstoppable force. You only look good fighting bums meantime prospects like Ortiz Jr have the balls to step up. It just shows how less confidence Oscar has on Garcia

Rumor has it Garcia lawyered up. Wouldn't be suprised if he leaves Golden Boy - maybe not right now, but in the near future. Who do you think gave Garcia floor seats to the Pacquiao fight? With four of GBP's top prospects losing in the past two weeks and rumblings of troubles with Canelo, GBP's future does not look bright.

He lawyered up because his manager took him to arbitration. Had nothing to do with Golden boy.

Now he settled the issue with the manager and he's waiting on a date and opponent from Golden boy. You know how many Haymon fighters were at Canelo's fight in May in Vegas or his fight before that in Vegas? Does that mean all Haymon fighters are signing with Golden boy or that fighters and celebs like big fights especially in Vegas lol
