Why don't we guys have every TOp boxers take PEDS to make it even?

They probably already do anyway. I’m long past thinking most fighters are clean.

There’s expert doctors out there that’ll openly tell you if you have enough resources, they know how to beat tests.

That's how it works at the moment.

The best resourced guys get the best gear, and never get caught. E.g. lance Armstrong, AJ etc...

There isn't a single top boxer who isn't using PEDs nowadays. None. They just know which ones to take or use some that aren't listed yet. The whole thing is a scam. They should run drug tests not to punish, but to disclose which substances they're using. Would make much more sense.
