Featherweight Miguel Flores (24-2, 12 KOs) returned from a 19-month layoff to score a 6th round TKO over Luis May (21-15-2, 8 KOs) at the NRG Arena in Houston. Flores hammered away to both sides of May's ribcage throughout the bout with his signature body attack. May was at the receiving end of a two-fisted barrage and barely punching back when the referee stepped in to call a halt to the one-sided affair midway through the sixth round.
