I never knew that about Tito vs. Hopkins??? But that does make a lot of sense????

And as far as that DOPE hating on Oscar??? 17 fights in. I looked that fight up and Oscar was the ACTUAL betting underdog.

I also always called BS when Fat Dan always posted he keeps it real about boxing. He Would NEVER call Bob Arum out in any of his millions of lies! And now he’s sucking Fury off the same way. There is no one that writes about Boxing that is faker and kisses certain asses more than him. I also always wanted to see Shannon Briggs beat the *** out of that wanna be tough guy.

Gotta agree with the guy who wrote in. Your statement about Oscar is extremely debatable. I think it’s based off more fan that logic. But I won’t beat you up.

Nothing i can see suggests Liston beats Lewis. The fact he's built abit like two guys who beat Lewis with lucky shots but who were outclassed in rematches is about as irrelevant as it gets. Lewis moves pretty well, is bigger and stronger, and has the reach. Despite these stories about Listons reach, Ali stated himself that he outreached Liston just fine in their fight, and Liston commented that Ali could punch. Whats he gonna think of Lewis? Two wins over Patterson dont prove much vs Lewis.

I totally agree with his analysis of Floyd. I don't like the style he adopted later in his career but Floyd was a monster in the lighter weight classes. Truley an amazing fighter.

                  That's exactly what I thought.

I hold breadman to a very high standard.

I almost always agree with his picks and breakdowns.

But here I just spit out my coffee, his McCall and Rahman arguments are meh, because Lewis beat them in rematches and probably 9 times out of 10.

I just hate how people underrated Lewis, especially in the US.

He beat Bowe in olympic finals, Holyfield, Vitali K and Tyson.

Then McCall, Tuaman, TNT Tucker, Mercer....

I also hate how people act like those barely 6 ft HW would "OBVIOUSLY" beat modern HW giants...

Liston is from that generation of old school face first slow 6 ft HW that would struggle to compete with a guy like Lewis, let alone beat him.

Sure Liston has the one punch KO chance, but so does every fighter.

Liston was a bad mofo, but so does Lewis, but a giant one...

Despite being smaller, Liston is less mobiles than Lewis, not faster by any means, bad fight for Sonny...

I had tickets for that tito vs Hopkins fight. Because of 9/11 it got pushed back 2 weeks. What bread didn't mention was that Hopkins got to drive home from NY to Philly. Tito had to stay in NY for the entire time.
