The fat bastard said he was going to come in almost twenty pounds lighter from his last fight guess he couldn’t leave the Oreos alone.

What does the fat on the belly have to do with punching power? I find it strange when fighters say I wanna come in heavy to be strong; this only makes sense if you normally cut weight and you normally come into the ring a little depleted. But more weight either muscle or fat doesn't help punching power and extra weight gets you tired faster.

Extra weight can help you if you're planning on being on the inside with someone your size who can't run away from you and you wanna put that weight on him and get him tired. Never going to work with an athletic fighter who's 1 ft taller and longer than you.

The weight will make the difference — stationary targets are easier to hit.

If Ruiz tactics work, they'll become known as the "El Gordo Game Plan".

Ruiz should take advantage of Joshua's debut in USA.

Ruiz needs to dig a hard body shot directly into his liver.

But good luck doing that without getting your jaw smashed by AJ's uppercut.

Game plan was to come in extra fat so he can punch harder? Power can be minimally improved through strength training and improved technique. Punchers are born not made like home run hitters.
