    Certain steroids will definitely cause tears and damage you wouldn't have gotten otherwise. It's how we know HHH, Nash and Vince McMahon were doping - Nash openly admitted to steroid abuse, tore his quad. Vince admitted it later, tore his quad. HHH denied it, tore his quad. Then you see guys like Haye tearing Achillies, again, all tendon related.

    You don't just tear like that unless something has weakened tendons significantly.

    It also makes you wonder why certain fighters seemingly never get injured besides broken hands and others are constantly battling with joint/tendon injuries before fights.
